Exchange & Return Policy
Exchange Policy
- Without prejudice to the provisions of applicable warranty agreements and regulations, the customer has the right to request an exchange within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
- Conditions for exchange:
- The product must be in its original condition and free from damage.
- The product must not have been used or consumed.
- The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the exchange. For international exchanges, the customer bears all shipping and return costs, including delivery of the product to the shipping provider.
- In the event of a defective product or an error in the order, the store will cover the shipping costs and compensate the customer accordingly.
Non-Exchangeable Cases:
The customer is not entitled to request an exchange in the following cases:
- If the product was custom-made or prepared based on the customer’s specifications, except in cases of defects or non-compliance with agreed specifications.
- If the product consists of videos, CDs, software, or similar items that have been used.
- If the product includes newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other printed materials.
- If the defect is due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.
- If the contract relates to services such as accommodation, transportation, or catering.
- If the product consists of digital or downloadable software purchased online.
Return Policy

- Conditions for return:
- The product must be in its original condition.
- The product must not have been used or consumed.
- The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For international returns, the customer bears all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping provider.
- In the event of a defective product or incorrect order, the store will cover the shipping costs and compensate the customer accordingly.
Non-Returnable Cases:
The customer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
- If the product was custom-made or prepared based on the customer’s request, except in cases of defects.
- If the product consists of used videos, CDs, or software.
- If the product includes newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or similar materials.
- If the defect is caused by misuse or improper handling.
- If the contract relates to services.
- If the product consists of digital/downloadable items.
